ABOUT US

Locally Owned & Operated

You may have heard the term "Storm Chasers", well this isn't Rock Central Services. Our staff live locally in Round Rock and Central Texas. Our office is in Round Rock and we support other local businesses whenever possible.

Storm chasers will come into an area that has been hit by a storm. They will work the area and when done they leave town. Often times, locals who use their services are not serviced for warranty calls.

Experienced
Roofing Services

Our company was founded in 2023 by industry professionals. With over 50 Years of combined experience, there is not much we haven't seen. Rock Central Services purchased Carrington Roofing in 2021. Carrington Roofing served Central Texas homeowners and business for over 30 years. We still have Chris Carrington as a team member and is our senior superintendent and technical advisor.

Personal & Custom
Service

Each customer and their home or business has special needs. Whether you have a busy, work-from-home work schedule, 9 skittish cats, or a brand new baby at home. We will work with you to make the re-roof process as easy as possible.

We want to provide your home or building a long lasting, professionally installed roof. Our goal is to never have to get on your roof again, this means we want it done right the first time!

Finding a Reliable Contractor, Not a Storm Chaser

There is no state licensing for roofers or general contractors in Texas! Anyone, at any time, can decide that they are now a roofer. Do not become a victim. Avoid these scam artists and protect your family, home, and pocketbook with three easy steps!

An honest, reliable contractor will have no issue giving you this information. How they respond to your asking should tell you all your need to know. You are not being rude by asking.

1 / LOCAL OFFICE

Find a contractor with a real, local office. One that you can drive to see that it is real, and there is a sign or logoed vehicles. Offices can be faked easily with a ghost office ( a storefront with a mailbox inside).

2 / ASK FOR CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE

Get this document up front and then call to ensure it is valid! Keep this on record for two years. Even if the contractor goes out of business, you can make a claim to their insurance if your project was completed when they had an active policy. Also, scammers do not have insurance. They do fake documents, though so please call!

3 / ASK FOR REFERENCES

A good contractor or roofer will have customers you can call, pictures you can see, or even videos on their website. Please take the time to call and ask!
